Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through chat and email queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
