Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through written support tickets, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
