Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
