Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
