Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using a polite and professional tone, through international customer care channels, with attention to professional communication while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
