Hiring for an international customer experience team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Manage follow-up calls and update the status of unresolved cases.
• Provide courteous support to customers from different countries and backgrounds.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Good listening, typing and customer-handling skills will be an advantage. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
