Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
