Tech Support executive ? Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Manage follow-up calls and update the status of unresolved cases.
• Assist customers with account, order, billing and general product enquiries.
• Verify customer details and follow standard data privacy procedures.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Clear spoken English and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
