Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through email support, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
