Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using approved process guidelines, through live chat, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
