Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
