Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using a polite and professional tone, through international customer care channels, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
