International BPO Executive ? Cuffe Parade, Mumbai

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending customer requests.
• Document recurring issues and share useful feedback with team leaders.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Clear spoken English and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
