Hiring for an international customer experience team in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending customer requests.
• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide clear, accurate responses.
• Verify customer details and follow standard data privacy procedures.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Applicants should be flexible to work in rotational shifts when required. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
