Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
