Tech Support executive ? Salt Lake Sector II, Kolkata

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Salt Lake Sector II, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Maintain accurate notes, ticket categories and disposition codes after each interaction.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.
• Support international customers over inbound calls and resolve service-related questions.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Applicants should be flexible to work in rotational shifts when required. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
