Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through email support, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
