Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through live chat, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
