Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
