Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through live chat, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
