Hiring for an international customer experience team in Webel More, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Document recurring issues and share useful feedback with team leaders.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.
