Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
