Email Chat Support Executive ? Fursungi IT Park, Pune

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Fursungi IT Park, Pune. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Manage follow-up calls and update the status of unresolved cases.
• Provide courteous support to customers from different countries and backgrounds.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
