We are reviewing applications for this international service position. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through international customer care channels, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
