Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
