Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through non-voice support queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
