Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
