Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through chat and email queues, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
