Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through chat and email queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
