Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through email support, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
