Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
