Tech Support executive

Tech Support executive ? Rishra, Hooghly, Kolkata

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Rishra, Hooghly, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Manage follow-up calls and update the status of unresolved cases.
• Provide courteous support to customers from different countries and backgrounds.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Applicants should be flexible to work in rotational shifts when required. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
