Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using approved process guidelines, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
