Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
