Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through live chat, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
