Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for a back office executive supporting the sales team


1. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):**

  Maintain and update customer databases.

  Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.

  Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.


2. **Sales Support:**

  Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

  Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.


3. **Inventory Management:**

  Monitor and manage vehicle inventory.

  Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for vehicle procurement and delivery.

- Maintain records of stock levels and update the inventory system.


4. **Documentation and Compliance:**

  Ensure all sales-related documents are accurately maintained and filed.

  Assist in preparing and submitting necessary compliance and regulatory documents.

- Handle registration and insurance paperwork for sold vehicles.


5. **Administrative Support:**

Manage office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

  Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.


6. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**

  - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

  - Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis.


7. **Marketing Support:**

  - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.

  - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

  - Manage social media and online presence for the showroom.


8. **Training and Development:**

  - Assist in organizing training sessions for the sales team.

  - Maintain records of training programs and attendance.

  - Provide support in developing training materials and resources.
