Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through written support tickets, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
