Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using approved process guidelines, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
