Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using approved process guidelines, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
