Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using approved process guidelines, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
