Tech Support executive ? Keshav Nagar, Pune

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Keshav Nagar, Pune. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Provide courteous support to customers from different countries and backgrounds.
• Document recurring issues and share useful feedback with team leaders.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
