Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through email support, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
