Join the hiring process for an international support team through ITM Recruitment Services. Candidate sourcing location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
