We are reviewing applications for this international service position. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
