Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
