Key Responsibilities:
•â â Lead and manage a team of international sales agents to achieve targets and KPIs.
•â â Oversee and analyze team performance, addressing challenges related to Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA, KRAs, and KPIs.
•â â Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions for the team to optimize productivity.
•â â Drive *hardcore sales* efforts while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
•â â Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
•â â Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for enhancing sales performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
•â â Education: Intermediate/Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
•â â Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor or Team Leader in International Sales (US/UK preferred).
•â â Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and team management.
•â â Proven expertise in handling sales-related KPIs, SLAs, and team performance.
•â â Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills.
•â â Experience in Hardcore Sales, particularly in US/International markets.
