Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
Maintain an organized and efficient recruitment process using ATS tools and other systems.
Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in non-IT recruitment or related fields.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Prior experience with ATS tools is advantageous.
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and talent pipelines.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Proficiency in writing compelling job postings.
Effective negotiation skills to close offers successfully.
