About Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain an organized and efficient recruitment process using ATS tools and other systems.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in non-IT recruitment or related fields.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Prior experience with ATS tools is advantageous.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and talent pipelines.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficiency in writing compelling job postings.
- Effective negotiation skills to close offers successfully.
