About Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain an organized and efficient recruitment process using ATS tools and other systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in non-IT recruitment or related fields.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Prior experience with ATS tools is advantageous.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and talent pipelines.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency in writing compelling job postings.
• Effective negotiation skills to close offers successfully.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and networking abilities.
