About Job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide exceptional service to customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Deliver accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Meet individual and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
- Address customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documentation.
- Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures while taking extra steps to engage customers.
- Actively contribute to team goals by supporting and collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, graduate, undergraduate, or candidates with a one-year diploma are eligible.
- Skills:
- Comfortable in English with average communication skills.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas is a plus.
