Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Deliver accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
  • Address customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documentation.
  • Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures while taking extra steps to engage customers.
  • Actively contribute to team goals by supporting and collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma, graduate, undergraduate, or candidates with a one-year diploma are eligible.
  • Skills:
  • Comfortable in English with average communication skills.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas is a plus.
