Hiring for an international customer experience team in Dhanori, Pune. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Assist customers with account, order, billing and general product enquiries.
• Use approved scripts and knowledge-base articles to give consistent information.
• Explain product features, policies and service procedures to overseas customers.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
