Join the hiring process for an international support team through ITM Recruitment Services. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using accurate information and calm handling, through international customer care channels, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
